I was pleasently surprised to see the new, tastefully refurbished rooms with a good amount of extra space for a sofa and chairs - much more room than the average hotel for much less price. I have stayed at the Meridian hotel in Hamra and while it is in a better place, this one is much more recently renovated and quiet.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely gesture considering the difficult situation in the country. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful outdoor pool and a park for our little one to play in. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight for us was the fantastic bath tub and shower. The reception desk was also very helpful in arranging taxis for us at reasonable prices. we had a great stay and felt well taken care of.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mr. Majd Nader and Ms. Rima Azar. They upgraded our room for a minimal extra charge and were always kind and professional. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was good.
Nothing, all was good.

The pool, an area to sunbathe which you don't get in the hotels in Hamra and the opportunity to explore a different part of Beirut. The room was massive and it is a great hotel to relax at.
I wouldn't perhaps recommend it for a first visit to Beirut as it is located probably an hours walk from Downtown but it's great to relax at.

All was good - the staff were very friendly - the small outdoor pool located on the 3rd floor was a bit small but ony 18 and above can enter the pool which was an added value to the hotel - The view from the junior suite was nice
The big outdoor pool was full of kids - when we got back from our night party there was no lights on the floor which was a bit annoying.
